Anchored in Hope: Finding Strength Through Life’s Hardest Seasons
🙏 Welcome to a Place of Hope
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, lonely, depressed, or weary in the face of life’s hardest moments, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, too. And I’m here to tell you—there is hope. Not just for someday, but for today. Hope to carry you through the waiting, the grief, and the moments when life feels like too much.
💻 Why I Started This Blog
I never planned to start a blog. But one day, I met a group of writers at a local Barnes & Noble. None of us were famous, but we were united by two things: a love for words and a desire to connect. That small gathering became the spark that lit this place of hope.
This blog was born out of both pain and peace—the kind of peace that doesn’t make sense apart from Jesus. My hope is to offer you encouragement rooted in honesty and anchored in the truth of who God is.

📜 My Story: From Grief to Grace
When I was just eight years old, my daddy died in a tragic farm accident. In an instant, everything changed. I didn’t understand how life could go on—but it did. And through the tears, the confusion, and the quiet prayers, I discovered something unshakable: God was holding us.
That early loss shaped my heart to care deeply for people walking through grief, especially children and families. I know firsthand how dark the days can feel—but I also know the light that comes when we anchor ourselves in God’s promises.

🦋 You Are Not Alone
I don’t have it all together. I’m not a perfect follower of Jesus. But I’ve found strength and purpose in His presence. Every time I’ve come to the end of myself, Jesus has met me there. He is the anchor I cling to in the storm, and I want to help you do the same.
“We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.” – Hebrews 6:19
Thank you for being here. I pray that whatever you read will point your heart toward the One who holds you—today, tomorrow, and always.
